An expression of living large. Vilaris is infused with modern interpretation of Penang’s Peranakan charm blending with contemporary luxury.
The harmonious chords of peace chime a soothing melody. Peace of mind descends like a comforting blanket the minute you step foot into the enclave of Vilaris. A single-entry development, the sleekly inviting entrance is guarded by a modern guardhouse, and round-the-clock security ensures the wellbeing of all residents.
A mosaic of natural elements creates an immersive landscape of sights and sounds. For the planners of Vilaris, aesthetics and functionality are two sides of the same coin. Meandering pathways intersect a beautifully landscaped park, enhancing the appearance of this pocket of tranquility, while a visually-dramatic pavilion invites both the enervated and the curious. Tall canopy trees shade this soothing environment and cools the neighbourhood.
The emanation of light and air ushers a lighthearted joy of life. An airy distillation of modernist impressions, Vilaris homes have elevated living spaces for privacy from the street, and to maximise internal space. Parking bays are hidden from view and the internal courtyard lets in the sights and sounds of nature, while maximising natural light and promoting ventilation through the house.
