API uses Infrared (thermal imaging), an advanced non-destructive technology that allows us to show you things about your property, building or home that no one can show you with conventional inspection methods. An infrared inspection can identify and document electrical faults before they cause a fire; water and moisture intrusion that could lead to mold; possible pest infestation; hidden roof leaks, before they cause serious damage; air conditioner compressor leaks; energy loss and efficiency; unknown plumbing leaks; overheated equipment and many other defects or damages not detectable with the naked eye.

Our goal is to enable you to be an informed customer who is familiar with the details of your property, building or home. We strongly encourage you to attend the inspection, which provides an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about your property. During the inspection, we will point out and discuss areas of concern regarding the property, building or home. You will then be provided with a detailed, unbiased report.
